Description of problem: Getting an error with package perl-Git

Run Yum update on Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server release 5.8 (Tikanga)

ERROR with rpm_check_debug vs depsolve:
perl-Git is needed by (installed) git-1.7.3.3-2.i386

Not a bug in yum, it just gives you an information about the situation. This situation often occurs for example when a package is discontinued or when you have got a wrong arch of a package. Uninstalling the git-1.7.3.3-2.i386 will resolve the situation.
