Created attachment 782392 [details] /tmp/anaconda-tb Description of problem: I downloaded the F19 Live Desktop ISO from here: http://download.fedoraproject.org/pub/fedora/linux/releases/19/Live/x86_64/Fedora-Live-Desktop-x86_64-19-1.iso I created a bootable USB drive from a Fedora 18 box using the following command: dd if=Fedora-Live-Desktop-x86_64-19-1.iso of=/dev/sdf bs=8M Upon booting to the Live Desktop and selecting "Install to Hard Drive", the anaconda Graphical Installer starts and the CPU immediately pegs to 100%. The anaconda Graphical Installer is very slow to respond and eventual errors out with "An unknown error has occurred". There is an arrow to expand "More info". The contents of this are attached as "anaconda-unknown-error-more-info.log". This log appears to be similar to the "/tmp/anaconda-tb*" files, but I have uploaded one of those as well. I have been able to advance one screen in the anaconda Graphical Installer, but it still eventually errors out with the same error. Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): How reproducible: Steps to Reproduce: 1. 2. 3. Actual results: Expected results: Additional info:

Problem may have been my flash drive. I dd'd the image onto another flash drive and did not run into this problem. Closing.
