Description of problem:
In the git,
git://git.fedorahosted.org/secure-coding.git

branch #1, some file actually in the .pot dont appears in the i18n directories.
For instance, in fr-FR/C/, Language.po, Other.po, ... are missing.

Likewise, the same files don't appear in Tx.
Please could you fix this?
