Description of problem:
Dialog window which opens on 

Data Centers -> Default -> Logical Networks -> rhevm -> edit is too small (see screenshot) 

It should open same way as Networks -> rhevm(Default) -> Edit

1. Data Centers -> Default -> Logical Networks -> rhevm -> edit is too small (see screenshot)

Expected results:
It should open same way as Networks -> rhevm(Default) -> Edit
