Description of problem: Boot stalls with any Fedora 18 3.10 kernel

How reproducible:
Always


Steps to Reproduce:
1. upgrade to latest 3.10.7 kernel or any F18 3.10 kernel
2. reboot
3.

Actual results:
The boot stalls after:
...
ata7: PATA max UDMA/100 cmd 0xfe80 ctl 0xfe90 bmdma 0xfef0 irq 18
ata8: PATA max UDMA/100 cmd 0xfea0 ctl 0xfeb0 bmdma 0xfef8 irq 18
[drm] radeon kernel modesetting enabled.
fb: conflicting fb hw usage radeondrmfb vs VESA VGA - removing generic driver
alg: No test for crc32 (crc32-pclmul)


Expected results:
With 3.9 kernel boot continues with following messages:


Console: switching to colour dummy device 80x25
[drm] initializing kernel modesetting (RV710 0x1002:0x9540 0x1028:0x0002).
[drm] register mmio base: 0xF7DF0000
[drm] register mmio size: 65536
...

Additional info:
This is on a Dell OptiPlex 980 with a Radeon graphics card. 
All 3.10 kernels for Fedora 18 have the same problem: 3.10.4, 3.10.6, 3.10.7

Now booting after upgrade to 3.10.10-100.fc18.x86_64.
