Description of problem: RTF documents cannot be opened, when having .doc extension.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): libreoffice-writer-

How reproducible: Open an RTF document having .doc extension.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Click on the attached test_document.doc 

Actual results: The following pop-up window is displayed:
General Error.
General input/output error.

Expected results: The document should have been opened no matter what the extension is.

Additional info: A workaround is to rename the file with .rtf extension as the attached document test_document.rtf.

The same file copied with .rtf extension works fine.

we got it fixed upstream, we'll get that back into fedora in a day or two with 4.1.1rc2
