Moodle upstream has released latest stable versions (1.9.7 and 1.8.11),
fixing multiple security issues.

From the quick look at latest Moodle versions, as shipped in Fedora releases
of 10, 11, 12 and in Extra Packages for Enterprise Linux 4 (EPEL-4) and
(EPEL-5) projects, implies these should be updated.

Please fix.
