Description Dhananjay Arunesh 2020-08-05 04:04:36 UTC
Multiple integer overflows in the MDSS driver for the Linux kernel, as used in Qualcomm Innovation Center (QuIC) Android contributions for MSM devices and other products, allow attackers to cause a denial of service or possibly have unspecified other impact via a large size value, related to mdss_compat_utils.c, mdss_fb.c, and mdss_rotator.c.

Created kernel tracking bugs for this issue:

Affects: fedora-all [bug 1866173]

Comment 2 Justin M. Forbes 2020-08-05 15:51:05 UTC
This driver is android specific, and not upstream.
