A flaw was found on OpenCV 3.3.1, a Buffer Overflow in the cv::PxMDecoder::readData function in grfmt_pxm.cpp, because an incorrect size value is used.

Statement:

This issue did not affect the versions of opencv as shipped with Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6 and 7.
