LibreOffice has an out-of-bounds write caused by a heap-based buffer overflow in the HWPFile::TagsRead function in hwpfilter/source/hwpfile.cxx.

This was a bug fix on March 14, 2017 for a bug introduced on March 2, 2017 and was never present in any release
