An issue was discovered in the Linux kernel before 5.16.5. There is a memory leak in yam_siocdevprivate in drivers/net/hamradio/yam.c.

This was fixed for Fedora with the 5.16.5 stable kernel updates.

There was no shipped kernel version that was seen affected by this problem. These files are not built in our source code.
