https://access.redhat.com/security/cve/cve-2025-49630 states that in RHEL8 "Component not Present" but it is fixed, also it seems to say that for "Red Hat Enterprise Linux 8.* Update*" the component is indeed present. So I think you need to change RHEL8 justification to "none" or if the component is indeed not present change it to "Not Affected" instead of "Fixed" for all RHEL8s.
