Description OSIDB Bzimport 2026-07-27 14:37:04 UTC
Netty is a network application framework for development of protocol servers and clients. Prior to 4.1.136.Final, the Redis decoder in netty-codec-redis fails to properly release allocated memory for parsed Redis protocol frames. In long-lived Redis connections, this causes memory to accumulate over time until the JVM heap is exhausted, leading to denial of service. This issue is fixed in versions 4.1.136.Final and later.
