I'm going to list a few different problems here, all on the Dashboard.  I don't want to create several Jiras if all of these IE6 Win2k3 issues boil down to the same root cause.

Autodiscovery portlet
- the expand (+), Import and Ignore buttons navigate back to (default) startup page.
- the Show All does navigate to the correct page, but the expand (+) on that page has no effect.
  - So, between these two behaviors you can only import your platform, no servers

All portlets
- the move portlet up/down has no effect.
