page must:

1) list registered agents with sorting, paging
2) allow navigation to page that displays server for this agent
3) allow navigation to page that displays other members of this agent's affinity group (when it's non-null)
4) allow navigation to view agent details page

rev1329 - list registered agents in the system; 
add logic to set primary server to the registering server during agent registration and re-registration;

jdobies finished this off with rev1354 and rev1355 by adding links to the new agent details page;
