Is there any particular reason why you're calling the ./configure script manually instead of using the %mingw_configure RPM macro?

I think among other it errors out if it has unknown or unhandled arguments.
closing, libcacard is now a seperate package. I will open mingw-libcacard instead shortly.
reopening with cacard, easier that way. nss & nspr still pre-required

So, this ticket has dependencies on other rejected software, is that true? If so, I think we should close this one as wontfix
yes, I agree we can close it for now. libcacard should switch dependency from nss to p11-kit in the future and we can revisit then.
