The documentation from http://www.gluster.org/community/documentation/index.php/Planning35 should be included in the glusterfs sources.\n\nPlease post a patch for inclusion in the master branch, and in release-3.5.\n\nNote that this bug is a blocker for the 3.5.0 release!
Looping in Bharata :) Per the gmane link.. what is expected here is : All of the required documentation is *end user focused*, which includes three parts: a) Description of what a feature does, so a user knows if it's something they'd want to use or try b) Exact steps on setting it up, and full list of parameters that can affect it. For example: * CLI parameters (if it has them) * Volume options/parameters (if it has them) * Dependencies, (eg on other features, external programs, etc) c) A fully worked example. Step by step commands with comments are optimal. IMHO Bharata's blog @ http://raobharata.wordpress.com/2012/10/29/qemu-glusterfs-native-integration/ kind of suffices it. Let me know ?

The second (and last?) Beta for GlusterFS 3.5.1 has been released [1]. Please verify if the release solves this bug report for you. In case the glusterfs-3.5.1beta2 release does not have a resolution for this issue, leave a comment in this bug and move the status to ASSIGNED.
