Description of problem:
Renaming a vm fails: "If Domain supplied, Domain name expected to be supplied as well" although no domain was supplied

100%

Steps to Reproduce:
UPDATE api content is --  collection :vms element:<vm>
    <name>rhel_6_4_short-TestCase244310VM1</name>
</vm>

Actual results:
status: 400
reason: Bad Request
detail: If Domain supplied, Domain name expected to be supplied as well.

Expected results:
It'll rename the vm without any exception.
