Title: Install the Apache HTTP Server included with JBoss EAP 6 (Zip)

Describe the issue: Missing information regarding Covalent SNMP installation.

Suggestions for improvement:

Add an info box or a Subsection stating something along these lines:

CovalentSNMP module configuration on Windows

Please, note that on Windows, it is not enough to rename these configuration files to *.conf:

jboss-ews-2.1\etc\httpd\conf.d\mod_rt.conf.sample
jboss-ews-2.1\etc\httpd\conf.d\mod_snmp.conf.sample
jboss-ews-2.1\etc\httpd\conf.d\snmpd\snmpd.conf.sample

The snmpd.conf file will be silently ignored unless it is moved into jboss-ews-2.1\etc\httpd\conf\snmpd.conf. This behaviour is solely Windows specific.
