offlineimap doesn't bundle urllib3, so I'm not quite sure why it would be affected? Can you provide clarification?

HI, As per our manifesting tools, urllib3 is bundled in offlineimap. Please check if there is any bundled dependency of urllib3 package in your package. if not, feel free to close this as not a bug.
We only bundle imaplib2, I've grepped through imaplib2 bundle and offlineimap tarballs and could only see references to external urllib3
