Description of problem:fresh install using custom layout and existing LVM partitions. Complains not enough space when attempting to assign root partition. Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): Fedora 9 Preview How reproducible: Steps to Reproduce: 1. Three LVM partitions created using command line tools in Fedora 8 and formatted to ext3 2. Install from DVD; choose Custom Layout 3. Space reported as 541% and used as minus 492% 4. LVM partitions recognized and attempted to assign root; complain not enough space. Actual results: Expected results: Additional info: Went to Fedora 8 and changed partition ID from Linux to "Linux LVM" using fdisk Second attempt to install went fine. Space/use number and percentages looked correct. Assigned root and other partitions and install went to completion. -RoyBoy626
