Doc Text:
Previously after creating a new Cloud Resource Zone, users were directed to the page of the newly created Cloud Resource Zone. As a consequence, users were not able to continue to create multiple Cloud Resource Zones without switching web pages. This bugs fixes pools_controller_spec.rb, pool.feature, and pools_controller.rb. Users are now redirected to the petty view page, where users can create multiple Cloud Resource Zones and view all Cloud Resource Zones on the same web page.

After creating a new cloud Resource Zone , The Pools page is launched where new zones can be created and all zones can be viewed . (Eye view is launched)
