Description of problem:

annoying hourly emails

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1.configure your machine to send root emails and read them
  
Actual results:

/etc/cron.hourly/vdsm-logrotate:

error: skipping "/var/log/core/*.dump" because parent directory has insecure permissions (It's world writable or writable by group which is not "root") Set "su" directive in config file to tell logrotate which user/group should be used for rotation.
