libsoup uses libnghttp2 for the HTTP/2, thus maybe the problem is there, rather than in the libsoup3?

By the way, I'm unable to open bug #2242803, the page says the service is unavailable, which is not correct, because I can open this bug report with no problem.

I can see 2242803, but not the bug that it blocks that I presume has more useful information.
