A new entry has been added to the Properties table of section 13.5.6. Size Log Handler Properties. (topic 8883).

Setting BZ to MODIFIED and will move to ON_QA once document has been updated on the docs stage.

Property name should be changed from "RotateOnBoot" to "rotate-on-boot".
