Patch to spec

Description of problem:

Upstream provides binary downloads of sqlite3_analyzer.  It would be nice if we provided it as well.  Makes sense to put it in the tcl package since it requires libtcl.  Attached patch to the spec should do it.

sqlite-3.8.4.2-2.fc20 has been submitted as an update for Fedora 20.

Hi Orion, sorry for the delay. I added the sqlite3_analyzer as subpackage (sqlite-analyzer), should be available in updates-testing for f20 soon.

Do you still need a f19 package, or is the f20 package sufficient?

sqlite-3.8.4.2-2.fc20 has been pushed to the Fedora 20 stable repository.  If problems still persist, please make note of it in this bug report.
