Description of problem:

According to the thread

For the moment, I'm unable to compile LilyPond and update my translations.

* should fix your issue,
* was pushed to the Fedora 20 testing repository,
* should be available at your local mirror within two days.
Update it with:
# su -c 'yum update --enablerepo=updates-testing texlive-2013-1.20131014_r31898.fc20'
as soon as you are able to.
