Description David Mason 2013-10-01 04:59:03 UTC
Description of problem:
When the editor window is not very tall, the contents of the Options panel in the editor do not fit in the Options panel, and there is no way to scroll the Options panel to see the concealed options.

How reproducible:
Easy, always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open webtrans editor on any document in any project
2. Expand the Options panel
3. Reduce the height of the browser window until one or more of the options is concealed.

Actual results:
Options are concealed and cannot be accessed while the screen is small.
