Patch from GLPI for plural translation none

Description Remi Collet 2013-10-02 07:48:52 UTC
There is annoying bug in Zend\I18n.

When a string have a no plural in some language, example:
In English: Software
In Franch: Logiciel / Logiciels

In such case, the translation is not returned.

Originally reported as http://framework.zend.com/issues/browse/ZF-11974 (never get answer from upstream).

Please consider to apply the attached patch to the Fedora RPM.

Notice : I plan to update GLPI 0.84.2 which use system ZF2 soon in Fedora >= 20.

(of course, I can also apply it myself, but I want a tracker and your approval, and perhaps you have better realation with upstream to raise their attention on this issue)
