Had just resumed from suspend, Evo was refreshing all mail, crashed in the middle.

Thanks for a bug report. The log message says:
   g_settings_binding_free: assertion failed: (!binding->running)

From that I'd say either:
a) bug in glib/gsettings (unlikely)
b) memory corruption caused by evolution/-data-server (likely)

I moved this upstream as [1], under evolution. Please see [1] for any further updates. If possible, please CC yourself there, in case upstream developers will have additional questions.
