To fix it, add this line:

Or maybe even (don't know what the last is for):

Thank you for the report. Unfortunately, system-config-abrt.desktop file has been removed in abrt-2.1.7 (see bug #993591)

Upstream commit abdc93e7b8783153ef281b59b128c8862e0cf274 removes the desktop file.

Oh, I didn't realized I'm running an old version, sorry, my fault.
