Try not testing it, starting it manually and see what the configuration say. What chip is it? I didn't test it...but still doesn't work. The chip is Pentium II / 266 MHz I was thinking of the graphics chip... but if you can get a 1024x768 on a laptop but not 800x600 that's not necessarily a configuration bug. If you configure it for 800x600 (don't test during configuration), and run startx: What output do you get? Still waiting for feedback... Closed due to lack of feedback. |
