Previously, an error was displayed while removing multiple hosts belonging to the same cluster. Now, with this update, removal of multiple hosts is allowed.

Description of problem:

When removing multiple hosts simultaneously which belong to the same cluster throws an error. 

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):


How reproducible:


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a new cluster
2. Add 4 hosts and wait for them to come up
3. Move 3 hosts to maintenance
4. Remove 3 hosts

Actual results:
1st host gets removed. But error is thrown saying "Another operation in progres" for the 2nd and 3rd host

Expected results:
User should not be allowed to remove multiple hosts from a cluster simultaneously.

Verified in cb11. Tried numerous times, did not encounter this issue.
