Additional notes: * this package is a new requirement of ZeroMQ 4 (and CZMQ 2). * target distros: Fedora >= 18 and EPEL6 * additional maintainers are welcome BTW, the specfile hack

The tests fail for me in rpmbuild, but all is fine, when running locally...
