Description of problem:
1. run backup of home directory (aproximately 80+ GB):
$sudo tar -I lbzip2 -cvf my_home.tar.bz2 /home/me
2. after a few minutes observe "lbzip2: encode.c:794: generate_initial_trees: Assertion `a < b' failed." and crash.

Fixed upstream in 2.3.
I will backport patch.

I believe that this bug is fixed in lbzip2-2.2-5,
which is available in updates for Fedora 19, so I am closing this bug now.
