Description of problem:
A misspell on the "Recently Registered Systems" page.
On this page, within the view filter, the text "with the past year" should be spelled as "within the past year"

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Systems (top navigation) -> Systems (side navigation)
2.Click on Recently Registered
3.Use the "View systems registered:" filter

Actual results:
said "with the past year"


Expected results:
should say "within the past year"
