Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
Linux Red Hat 8.0, kernel-2.4.18-14

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. I open the Network Configuration interface.
2. I highlight the network card and check the box beside it.
3. Then press the Apply Button.
Note: The same thing happens when I try to configure the modem too, using the
same steps here.

Actual Results: That's when the Exception Dialog Window opens with the Bug
message described in the Description box above. I click on the Debug Button and
nothing happens. Then I click on the Save to file Button and since I don't know
to which file I'm going to save the dump file

Network config, not Red Hat Network.
