Users are finding that when using the 'Flat File Importer' wizard in Teiid Designer to recreate a source model after previously deleting it, they are presented with an exception. It seems as though the 'Preview VDB' operation should first validate if there is an existing source model.

Recommend we close as 'Not reproducible' unless you can come up with steps to reproduce.
