Users are finding that when using the 'Flat File Importer' wizard in Teiid Designer to recreate a source model after previously deleting it, they are presented with an exception. It seems as though the 'Preview VDB' operation should first validate if there is an existing source model.

I tried several scenarios to try to get this to fail, but could not reproduce.  Recommend we close as 'Not reproducible' unless you can come up with steps to reproduce.
