Description of problem:
Right-clicks on tabs in the PressGang UI lead to the context menu for the page itself, not the context menu for the link. This makes navigation very cumbersome because to open a PressGang page in a separate browser tab (or window) needs you to copy-and-paste the URL

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Right click on any tab in the Pressgang UI


Actual results:
Context menu for the page appears.

Expected results:
Context menu for the link appears, letting you open that tab in a separate tab or window. 

Additional info:
Middle-button click doesn't work for this either. Should this be a separate bug?
