From our meeting with the openshift docs team: Currently the shortcuts on left hand side if the UI can't be opened in a new tab/window by right clicking, middle clicking, CTRL + Clicking or any other variation. It would be handy to do this say when you are editing a topic and want to open the rendered view in the docbuilder. Currently to do this you'd have to open a new tab and manually navigate to that page (which can be a pain since you can't use some shortcuts when using the XML editor).

Added an initial implementation in 1.4-SNAPSHOT build 201312040911. At this stage only the menu bar at the top is the only item that has been changed to allow links to be opened in a new tab/window.

Marking this as ON_QA as I can't see any other links that need (or allow) the ability to open in a new tab/window.
Verified that all top menu buttons can be middle clicked to open in a new window.
