1. Install bundle on a group containing only jon plugin resource
2.

Actual results:
deployment failes


Expected results:
deployment goes correctly as with other resources

This sounds bad. It may be related to bug 1060223. We need to verify and address accordingly.

I think this is a duplicate of Bug 1060223.  Which means that it's not limited to, but more prevalent on, oracle.

That is what I was thinking too.

I just haven't been able to reproduce it in the same manner and the introduction of HA seems to indicate that the problem is different. However, perhaps HA just makes it more likely? A timing issue?
