convdate a component of inn, returns a value that is one hour off.

Expected Results:  Mon Feb 10 10:00:00 2003

My timezone is PDT, but that shouldn't have an impact here..

Please verify this with a newer version of Red Hat Enterprise Linux or
Fedora Core and reopen it against the new version if it still occurs.

Closing as "not a bug" for now.
