Since the initial bugreport lilypond stable 2.18.0 is out. So this should be an update to the latest stable version. lilypond-doc-2.18.0-1.fc20,lilypond-2.18.0-1.fc20 has been submitted as an update for Fedora 20. https://admin.fedoraproject.org/updates/lilypond-doc-2.18.0-1.fc20,lilypond-2.18.0-1.fc20 Package lilypond-doc-2.18.0-1.fc20, lilypond-2.18.0-1.fc20: * should fix your issue, * was pushed to the Fedora 20 testing repository, * should be available at your local mirror within two days. Update it with: # su -c 'yum update --enablerepo=updates-testing lilypond-doc-2.18.0-1.fc20 lilypond-2.18.0-1.fc20' as soon as you are able to. Created attachment 843206 [details] Same lilypond file; 2.17.26 version on the left, 2.17.97 version on the right. As fedora 20 comes with a development version of lilypond, please update it to the latest release candidate. The fedora 20 build of lilypond comes with wrong fonts and generate strange looking clefs (see attached screen shot). A simple rebuild of the current Fedora 21 package (lilypond version 2.17.97) solves this issue.
