Created attachment 843206 [details] Same lilypond file; 2.17.26 version on the left, 2.17.97 version on the right. As fedora 20 comes with a development version of lilypond, please update it to the latest release candidate. The fedora 20 build of lilypond comes with wrong fonts and generate strange looking clefs (see attached screen shot). A simple rebuild of the current Fedora 21 package (lilypond version 2.17.97) solves this issue.
Since the initial bugreport lilypond stable 2.18.0 is out. So this should be an update to the latest stable version.
