Try booting with the parameter nouveau.runpm=0 and let us know how it goes. nouveau.runpm=0 works for me - Dell XPS L702X Removed: xorg-x11-drv-nouveau.x86_64 1:1.0.9-2.fc20 Suspend/Wakeup on laptop lid close now works as expected (no extra boot parameters needed) i had the same problem, tried removing nouveau, but now instead of waking up locked on the fc logo, the screensaver is frozen:-\ worked fine under fc17... btw, using xfce just tried kde: wakes to password entry dialog, but kbd locked, buttons unresponsive to clicks:-\ next: gnome...btw, i'm ssh'ing in to recover, but killing screensaver doesn't help, only killing the session works nope: gnome's non-responsive also:-\ *********** MASS BUG UPDATE ************** This bug has been in a needinfo state for several weeks and is being closed with insufficient data due to inactivity. If this is still an issue with Fedora 20, please feel free to reopen the bug and provide the additional information requested. Seems fixed in recent kernels. (Actually for some months now - sorry for delay in replying) |
