Description of problem:
E.g. if user A and user B both have the Project editor open and user A creates a new project, both users get their Project editor switched to the new project.
This happens in 2 places:

1) The Project editor, when creating a new project. (Simply switching to a different project behaves as expected, problem is only when creating a new one.)

2+3) Creating or cloning a new repository - if both users are in the Administration perspective, when one user creates or clones a repository, the RepositoryEditor for the new repository pops-up for both users.
