Doc Text:
Previously, attempting to add a host in an environment with Chinese language support would fail. This was caused by the user name 'root' being translated into Chinese, preventing authentication. With this update, the user name is no longer translated, making it possible to add hosts without issue.

I can reproduce this bug on build rhevm 3.3.0-0.45.el6ev.
Test steps:
1. login webadmin portal with Chinese support.
2. Add host via RHEVM web UI.
3. The username "root" be translated to "根目录".

results: Adding host failed.

Verified this bug on build
rhevm-3.3.1-0.47.el6ev.noarch.rpm
rhevm-webadmin-portal-3.3.1-0.47.el6ev.noarch.rpm
rhev-hypervisor6-6.5-20140121.0.el6ev.noarch.rpm

Test steps the same above, test result: host can be added successful, root is not be translated.
SSH work good.
