In Internet Explorer 10, while creating a new cluster with Compatibility version 3.3, the 'Host' drop down list does not open correctly. Also, if there is only one item, the drop down list gets hidden when the user clicks on it.

Description of problem:
In case of cluster compatibility version,
- When the current selection is 3.2, clicking on the drop-down opens it downwards
- When the current selection is 3.3, clicking on the drop-down opens it upwards

rhsc-2.1.2-0.32.el6rhs.noarch
How reproducible:

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Lo-gin to RHS console.
2. Click on Creating a new cluster.
3. Click on the cluster compatibility version drop down to select.
Actual results:
When the current selection is 3.2, clicking on the drop-down opens it downwards
When the current selection is 3.3, clicking on the drop-down opens it upwards
Expected results:
irrespective of the current selection, drop down should always open downwards.
