[RHSC][IE] - Drop down menus does not open up properly and actually hides the drop down button.

Lo-gin to RHS console. 2. Click on Creating a new cluster. 3. Click on the cluster compatibility version drop down to select. Actual results: When the current selection is 3.2, clicking on the drop-down opens it downwards When the current selection is 3.3, clicking on the drop-down opens it upwards Expected results: irrespective of the current selection, drop down should always open downwards. Kasturi, as discussed pls. add the IE version on which this is seen and on which it's not seen.
This issue is not seen in IE9, it is seen only in IE10.
If the drop down just has only one element , then drop down does not get opened up and clicking on the drop down hides the drop down.
